Our Nursery Environments

 

Ducklings Day Nurseries Ltd. prides itself on its facilities and physical environments. The interiors and exteriors have been architecturally and educationally designed so as to promote the children’s welfare to the best possible degree.

 

The nursery environments cater for young babies, toddlers and Pre-School Children. Each room is tailored specifically to meet the needs and requirements of the particular age-group. The rooms offer all the appropriate areas of continuous provision required to enhance learning and development. All  rooms are equipped with clean, stimulating, child-friendly resources. They are welcoming and have excellent areas for playing, eating and resting. Internal displays are educational and celebrate the children’s achievements.

 

We ensure that exterior provision is safe, suitable and exciting for the children. The outdoor areas offer an expanse of soft-play flooring which provides a protective area on which the children can access physical play on a daily basis - whatever the weather. A balance of indoor and outdoor sessions are always planned so as to enhance the children’s health and learning.
